WHO WE ARE
Creekside Rentals is a locally owned and operated real estate management company located in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. At Creekside Rentals we pride ourselves in providing quality homes, in desirable neighborhoods, that are family friendly.  We are a small company and are therefore able to provide a high level of service, flexibility in lease terms, and will consider pets on a case-by-case basis.

Creekside Rentals is located in Newport News within 15 minutes of all of the rental homes that we manage. We believe that this is important in providing the level of service that we expect of ourselves. Our homes are located in desirable communities such as Coventry, Kiln Creek, Willow Lakes, Riverside, Michaels Wood, Endview Woods, and Oyster Point Cove in the cities of Newport News, York County, and Hampton.

WHAT WE DO
Creekside Rentals has been in operation since the year 2000. During this time we have built relationships with quality maintenance personnel.  We have people on staff that can respond to and address any maintenance issue promptly. Homes are supplied with all appliances and all homes are well maintained. We strive to provide the highest level of service possible. We can provide short-term residences and can assist with furnishings upon request.
