Creekside Rentals is located in Newport News within 20 minutes of all of the rental homes that we manage. We believe that this is important in providing the level of service that we expect of ourselves. Our homes are located in desirable communities such as Coventry, Kiln Creek, Willow Lakes, Riverside, Michaels Woods, Endview Woods, and Oyster Point Cove in the cities of Newport News, York County, and Hampton.

• Maintain the property and fix items that are not working promptly.
• Be available by phone or in person and in a timely manner.
• Can provide flexibility that many large management companies are unwilling or unable to provide.
• At the option of the home owner, we will consider pets on a case-by-case basis. We do not accept aggressive breed dogs.

     We are looking for responsible tenants that will take care of the property, pay in a timely fashion, and who appreciate the high level of service that we provide.
